June 1, 2017| Our group of 10 students have just started their journey towards interning at Kaiser Permanente for the next 7 weeks. They have completed their OCAPICA orientation and training. After their medical clearances, the students will complete 20 hours from Monday -Thursday every week on site at Kaiser Permanente. Then, they end the week at Anaheim Union High School District office for a class taught by Professor Gwen from Fullerton college. After the class, our Allied Health Academy team hosts a session for the students to reflect upon their weekly internship experience, participate in professional development workshops, and work on their projects. They are all very excited to embark on this journey!
