February 14, 2017 | This week’s workshop allowed for Magnolia HS students to connect and establish new relationships with current Allied Health Academy college students from Cypress College and Cal State Fullerton.
Students formed a circle and discussed different topics such as their definitions of success, the factors that motivate them, and barriers that they will face in the future. As students shared their thoughts, they all discovered how they’re all connected to one another.
Through these meaningful discussions, students were able to gain a stronger understanding of potential careers in allied health and the steps they need to make to succeed in the future. Thank you so much for the mentors from Cypress and CSUF to take time out of their busy schedules to talk to us!
